Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have a heat treatment plant. We do not manufacture anything. our work involves treating diiferent metal parts to increase their longetivity. This is done by using LPG. We also use nitrogen and diesel for the same. I want to know whether my unit will fall under the definitio0n of 'Hazardous industry'? Also if yes, then are there any special laws applicable?

as you using LPG, Nitrogen and diesel, thus your industry falls within the definition of Hazardous industry. you need check with the local lawyers for the grant of license to run the unit.
