I am Mr.Arpit Jain from Mumbai. I want to ask that if both opponent parties(appealent and respondent ) agree for settlement and sign the statement of settlement and after that if any party refuses to follow the one or more norms stated in the statement then what kind of action can the opposite party take against the another party?
