Legal Question in Employment Law in India

hello,

I am Mr.Arpit Jain from Mumbai. I want to ask that if both opponent parties(appealent and respondent ) agree for settlement in High Court in front of Judge , sign the statement of settlement and submit it to High Court and after that if any party refuses to follow the one or more norms stated in the statement then what kind of action can the opposite party take against the another party?

if there is a settlement before the high court and the other party is not honoring, it amounts to contempt of court, file a contempt case before the high court.
