Hello,
I am working with a small scale IT firm.
I have a query regarding my notice period.
I have resigned with a notice of 1 month. Now the company is saying that the notice period is changed from 1 moth to 2 months and asking me to stay for 2 months.
which notice period is applicable to me ?

the notice period mentioned in your appointment letter is applicable to you.
