Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello,
I�m an employee in an organization in Logistic Dpmt since 6 year !
But currently the management stared to shortlisted the employees in all over India basis & self is one of the employee in this but I believe that self is the oldest employee in all of them who are terminating.
(As per the here & there sources the company is facing the huge financial issues & that why they are terminating the peoples & shutting down the branches of their Logistic dpmt.)
In my case the thing is that I�m 5months pregnant lady & also self have some family responsibilities with me. For this I�ve requested to my one of the management guy VP-Logistic & Projects on this but there is No Positive response self had got from his side, he just said that ��we�ll see what we can do for you� & said that this is the management dissension and we can�t do anything in this.
Please advise now what can do in this case :
� If I can approach to the higher management in this case.
� What legal action I can take if the management will still refuse to my request.
� What the management can take the action against me in this case.
Need your help !!
