Legal Question in Employment Law in India
hello,
this is Mr.Sushant karnik, I want to know if one gets order of full back wages in lower
courts (labor court & Industrial court ) and if opposite party agrees to do settlement in high court for some percentage of back wages , then does that amount contain agreed percentage of back wages with bonus and ex Gratia or without bonus and ex Gratia.If anybody knows please show me the right path.

That depends on the " agreement" as evident by the document filed in the Court.
