Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
An employer has 4 branches in Hyd, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Pune. In 3 branches the employee strenghth are 200, 250,100 whereas in one branch the employee strength is 19. IS the employer liable for PF for the branch where the employee strength is less than 19?

the employer is liable for PF for all the employees irrespective of number of employees at any branch.
