Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi,

Can you please suggest if I can ask for my salary which my ex employer has not yet paid. Its one year now. They have terminated me for no reason which were not mentioned ever to me. when I claim for my money for the month I worked and notice period as they terminated me, they sent me termination letter saying it was performance related issue and they almost lost the client I was working with.

My present company I am working with same client and they have sent me few appreciation emails on my performance.

Its been year they havent paid me after multiple reminders.

my monthly salary was around Rs 65000. if two months salary I can claim than we are talking about more than one lakh.

Its not even money that matters here. Its about allegations on me and after working really hard they fired me in 2 months of joining.

I have increased their revenues upto 200% in two months duration.

Please advice!
