Legal Question in Employment Law in India

HI,

I have been employed in IT company for 2 years and 2 months.

Due to some irregularities they forced me to resign. According to my offer latter it is clearly mentioned 'in case of termination both party should serve notice period of 90 days or the salary in lieu'.

Kindly inform as the company has released me in 1 week and not compensating me for 90 days pay neither allowing to serve the 90 days notice period.

How can I act to the above matter legaly.

If you are not challenging the termination, you may file a suit for recovery of 90 days salary.
