hi

i want to know if an employee resigns and mentions that he is ready to serve a month's notice if required by the employer and if the employer waives off the notice period, is the employer liable to pay a month's salary to the employee just because employee was ready to serve the notice ?

there is a one month notice policy or salary in lieu thereoff which is from both parties

Depends on agreement between employer and employee mostly the employee can left by giving notice as per agreement and by mutual consent both can modify.
