Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
I plan to start a social network while still working in my present company. I would be interested to know if I need to register the website as a company at some place even though I dont wish to setup an infrastructure. What legal complications will I have to face and how if at all someone sues my website for user posted content?
