Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
I have come out of my previous company last year. I did not submit a resignation letter or serve the notice period. Now the company has approached the lok adalat. They have sent me a notice to appear in the lok adalat and are asking me to pay 30k. I am not interested in working for the company and also do not have so much money to pay them. What should I do?

what was ur salary of every month at that time. that u have to pay.
