Hi,
I am purposefully terminated by manager without giving reason. it is been some time don't know how to fight this and teach lesson to MNC practice

You may challenge your termination only if you and your employer are governed by the labour laws.

Many MNC Senior Executives indulge in corrupt practice and creating hot-seats, viz: vavancy where the new recruit will not be allowed to continue even for months are done. The Senior Executive then shares the recruitment commission paid to external HR consultant when a new recruit joins and the cycle repeats!
If your termination is invalid, you can validly challenge the same.
