Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi,

I resigned from my job due to differences with the manager and work place politics, I worked with the same company around four years in two different departments, they have given me the letter of acceptance of resignation and the letter states that final settlement and relieving documents will be given with in 45 days from the date of letter, even after 45 days also they are not issuing documents and not responding to my repeated requests, how can I collect my settlement and other documents?

You may make a written request followed by a lawyer's notice and then a civil suit in the local courts.
