Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,I worked for an IT company for 1.5 yrs. as per the contract I had to serve 2 months notice.I got a very good offer and gave 10 days notice and requested the company to deduct the balanace notice period amount from my full and final settlement.but the company is not accepting this option and now planning to send me the notice of high damages becouse of my leaving and start legal proceedings either pay the damage of more than 5 lac(though my salary was 13000 pm only) or serve the notice period fully.
another company can not wait.
