Hi,
I worked with MNC for 4years 2 months.
I am terminated by them with out giving any reason. please guide me get justice and also guide incase i am eligible to claim gratuity.

You have not specified whether any notice period/ notice pay was given.
You may have a remedy against termination but no gratuity.
