Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
I am working as an executive assistant in a law firm. My boss has given me a termination letter of 60 days because I took monday off thrice since I was not well and it was genuine.
Now he is thinking to terminate me when there was no problem in work just I took Off on Monday. Can you please help me out what to do. Thanks
