Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi,

My job from an Pvt IT company was terminated 2 weeks back. As per the company they terminated me for non performance. The company had given me time till 31st Dec 2009. But they have terminated me on 2nd Dec 2009. Am I eligible for my Nov & Dec compensation, as per my appointment letter the company either will give me one month notice or pay me one month salary if terminates me? Besides that the company had deducted 50% of my salary 3-4 times in the last year which had not be communicated to me in advance.

Kindly advice and help.

you may file a suit for recovery for your two months salary and the deductions made ealier.
