Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
My new job requires all my old experience documents for background verification. One of my previous employer x company ( where I worked for less than a year) is small scale industry and completely manual driven based company ( No paysilps,No emp Id/jioning letter/relieving letter etc). They were not produced any documents while jioning/relieving. When I approach recently, they said they will not give any such documents. But I need at least exp certificate for my future purpose. Is there any way ,I can approach them legally?

in case you can prove through documents that you were working for that company, you may compel them for experience certificate otherwise forget it.
yes, you may send them a legal notice calling upon them to issue the requisite certificate
