HI,
One of my friend was joined in a small IT Company, and he offered with 5,000/- per month and they are making him to work day and night, so he got irritated with the job and simply came out of the company without intimating to anyone. Later, he went and asked for the certificates and they are demanding two months salary , already they blocked his one month salary and still they are demanding his two months salary to get his experience certificate and his educational certificates.Whether this type of bond is valid? can he put a case against "law of undueinfluence" ?Please guide as it became a severe problem for him.

in this situation, your friend may serve upon the legal notice on the company.
his working day and night and two months notice pay are two different things. He has to give notice before leaving the company. the company is within its right to claim salary in lieu of the notice
