Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi..this is hetal. I ldelivered a dead baby on dtd 11th feb 2013.My due date was 12th march .now i am on leave .i applied leave from 15th feb but because of bed rest suggested by doctor i had taken d leave from 8th feb .now i am on leave. As informed by my Hr ,in my case leave is applicable for 6weeks only not 3mnths.please let me know as per law my leave .
