Legal Question in Employment Law in India
holding salary and provident fund
1- I worked with a airlines in mumbai,India,Asia between oct2006 to jun2007 same organization started its operation in other Lucknow,India,Asia. They publish a add in Employment News paper for recuritmint.I given a application for transfer but they rejected and sugested that I have to give a fresh application for Lucknow. And I did, I given resignation mumbai and joined Lucknow as a new employee in same organization with new staff no. Is it legal?
2- one day they send a mail to me to clear a due amount and on that mail they wrote that I was in Lucknow through transfer while my staff no was different. Is it legal?
3-one more thing during Lucknow while working with that organization I applied in other company when they come to know they put my two months salary on hold and terminated me because of one month absent ism due to illness, i informed about it. but they sended termination letter(absentism without information).
Please tell me how can i get remedies about these circumstances.

You are really subjected to harrasment for no reason.The act on part of your company is illegal.You may recover your dues,compensation etc.Contact with all details and documents for further advise and action,Professional charges are applicable.
