Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi, I am from hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. I have applied for Asst commisioner post at Andhra Pradesh state endowments department and wrote the written test in teh year 2009. I was qualified in the written test and selected for interview. But due to some reasons, the Govt stopped conducting interviews. later i was selected for temporary legal adviser post in teh year 210 in Andhra Pradesh state endowments department and I worked as a temporary legal advisor for few months and i was dismissed from this post due to mis conduct in November 2010.

Later , i.e in June 2011, Andhra pradesh state endowments dept conducted interviews for the post asst comissioner and i was also interviewed and i was selected for that post.

I have a question. can you pls help me.

1) if a person is dismissed from the temporary post by andhra pradesh state endowments department, is he eligible to get permanant govt job/post from the same department? if he is appointed in the permamanant job/service , is it legal? pls advise.

it depends on what grounds the dismissal was there.
