iam ramaswamy iwas working in a pvt ltd company for 22year &i submited my resignation asking them to treat the same as my notice of 30 days on 9.07.10 on 29.10.2010 iwas told to handover all the documents and i card to hr department and was told to leave the office with false aligantion of data transfer they have not given me any letter to this effect they have not given my legal dues what i should do

you may send them a representation seeking your dues giving all the details ignoring any verbal allegations. You should not explain any answer to the allegation. Just make your claim and tha you had resigned on 9.7 giving 30 days notice.
