Legal Question in Employment Law in India
if,during pendecy of domestic enquiry before Enquiry Officer, a witness of Management or Delinquent employee side, get hostile while a list of witnesses has already handed over to the enquiry officer, the hostile witness is one of them. In such circumstances, is Management or Delinquent employee as case may be , may produce a another witness who was also present at the site at the time of occurance of incident. If yes, please apprise a case law if any on this matter.
