Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi, I am from India.
I have resigned from private company. as my employer's behaviour was not good with me. I've not received my salaries from last 2months ie for june and July2009. As I got other job i resigned from my present company. I was on probation and there is no claus for notation period.
Now my employer is threatening me that he will not pay me for my past dues. what legal action can be taken on this?
Please any one knows let me know.
