What are the Indian labor law obligations in terms of payments of salaries, payrole tax and benefits that a non-profit has with its employees in India?

There are a number of labour law regulations required to be followed by an establishment/employer. some of these are : Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Shops and Establishment Act etc. You may contact the labour department of your State to know the details of regulations applicable to your case.
