Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am an indian working as a tour guide cum escort for the in bound french tourists for the past 24 years for various companies.In the meantime the requirements to become a guide are changed because of competion.I don't have a degree which they say is mandatory now.After so many years of experience do I need a licence from the ministry of tourism.I'am 51 years old.Are there any exemsions..are court guidelines.This is my livelyhood.what do I do..?

in case the law has been regarding the issue of licences, nothing can be done in this regard unless you file a case on your behalf and on behalf of other guides who are similarly placed.
