Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi
I done my internship with a company Niveshak empoweed pvt. ltd. in June-July which have promoted by SPA capital & Acess Software and internship program sponsored by IDBI mutual fund but know Niveshak empowered told me that company was close and you will not get stipend.

Your claim for stipend would lie against official liquidator of Niveshak ..., if it is closed and also against SPA Capital .... and IDBI mutual Fund ...So, write to all of them a sort of legal notice claiming your amount with interest. If they still fail you may file a case for recovery
