Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Job Bond
When i joined my job they put a bond thats if i have to quit job i have to give 45 days notice period or 50k to them. But i m not satified with job at all and want to quit to job asap. Please advice what to do.

If you want to quit then give 45 days notice.The existing bond is binding upon you.
