job on compensation ground

my father was working in jharkhand electricity board he is now no more, my mother is also govt. teacher. please advice me weather i can apply for job on compensation groung in electricity board

You may make a representation for suitable employment within one year of death.

The compassionate grounds appointments are not encouraged, inter-alia, if there is another bread winner in the family. Since in your case, your mother is a govt teacher, you may not be eligible for a favour of this nature.
