Job in place of deceasd person
Is there any provision in law for job in place of Father for childrens in death case in banks? if yes what kind of job can be offered.

It will depend on the policy of the bank.

The employers are entitled to frame policies for 'out of turn appointment' of spouse/child of a deceased employee on 'compassionate grounds'.
You may need to contact your father's employer-Bank to know about their "compassionate appointment" policy.
