Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i joined a company and esigned in 43 days the reason being deduction of my salary for 8-10 days just on vague verbal reasons what and how legal action to be initiated to get it back

The issue is too petty for legal action. Just forget about the Company and look out for another job.
