Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i joined this firm in bangalore on march 16th.they gave a e-offer letter in an which i had to sign online and resend it. No hard copy could be taken.There are two directors one in US and one in India (he also works for two other companies in bangalore).I am told this company is not registered in bangalore and had a registration in kerala.I have not given any documents to them.The offer letter mentioned a 3 months probation,and notice period of 3months for resignation.they gave me salary for 15 days on april 10th.I accepted the offer as i was told that i would be required to be handling service delivery at a remote location where client would give accomdation,transport and food.after pathetic knowledge transfer (where most of the info was not mentioned to me like client being not happt etc) i went to this place in gujarat,to my shock i got accomdation for only 10 days.i tried calling the directors,but no one replied .i stayed there for 10 days, found 6 people from our company staying in pathetic conditionout leave and no hike.i finished few tasks given to me and returned to home town and not to bangalore.they have withheld me salary now.my mail/sms are not being replied to.I have the laptop and tata photon provided to me.What do i do, Can i complain to labour court?
