Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi I have joined a MNC recently. I worked there for 4 working days. In that period, I found that the job profile will not suit me. So I moved to a different company. Now the previous company people are asking me serve 2 month notice period. I was not assigned any task when I worked there. There are no financial transactions done on my account. Could you tell me what would be the consuquence if I dont serve the notice period as they demand
