Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i had joined an IT mnc..they made me sign a service agreement on non-judicial stamp paper of rs 100 stating that i will serve them for 24 mnths after training...but i had attended the company for just 1 single day!!!!! and recieved no training from them....they spent nothing on me!!!...now they have sent me a notice demanding 1.5 lks or else they will take a legal action against me....what should i do now??on what basis are they demanding this??plz help

u should seek help of a lawyer and visit him personally to discuss the matter.

Hi,

File a police complaint against them for extortion and meet a lawyer to send a suitable reply to the notice.
