Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I Joined pvt life insurer as a sales Manager 3 years back.The performance of the co. at that time was very bad, for my channel.Each year I have recieved high grades and increments in annual appraisal.Since Jan09 my performance was low and so was for the whole co. on all india basis. Can Co. terminate my services on low performance basis.In the termination letter co. has terminated withought assigning any reason.Is this termination order bad , and can it be challenged in court.
