Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Joining Bonus not paid
I have joined my company from campus placements and there was a clause of assured joining bonus of Rs 50000/- after completion of one year. I joined on 14/04/2008 and offered resignation on 08/06/2009. They are not paying the joining bonus. Can they legally hold back or not pay the joining bonus?
