Joining new company before giving resignation from previous company
If I take leave from present company for 5 days and joins another company, then after 5 days i give my resignation from previous company. is it illegal? can my previous employer file a case against me?

You may have to pursue your employment contract before doing the same. Because many a times the employment contract has a clause which may restrain you from working for the competitors or other organisation during your employment with the present company.

It may be illegal to work for someone else while continuing previous job. The previous employer may be entitled to take legal action, if he is aggrieved by your decision/action.
