Looking for Justice
Recently, i was dismissed from my company citing false
allegations. I informed to my company asia director
about the situation and sought justice from him. I
sought confidentiality from him and he promised me
after going through my letter that he will keep it
confidential and that he will take action if he finds
my allegations true. But the next day he visited our
office in india revealed my letter to the company,
gave my ex-boss the letter and left india saying that
i was wrong. He accepted that most of my allegations
were true but still said that i cannot continue in
office. The people in india office now have spoiled
my reputation in dental profession and i finding
hardship to find employment even after 4 months. I would like to know what are the ways i can file a suit against my company. And weather i can host the letter i gave to Asia director on the internet.

You may file a civil suit for declaration and mandatory injunction. You will have to establish malafides of the company. Declaration sought would be declaration that the charges are false and for quashing of order of dismissal. You may also plead for all arrears of salary along with reinstatement . Along side the civil suit you may file a civil suit for defamation and/or criminal complaint for offence of defamation.
I do not see any gain to be achieved by hosting your letter on the internet. The same should be avoided especially if the contents thereof could lead to a counter case for defamation against you.
