labour dismissal without any enquiry in a multinational company

an employee who had submitted regular extension requests for educational leave has been terminated without any enquiry allthough he has submitted his present address,college address.what are the steps he is needed to take up for his reinstation of work?

good evening

ask him to meet the manager or the concerned officer in the company and what does the contract states if there is any. in case you are having a contract then you have right to sue them provided you have got ample of proofs

you may challenge the termination by way of filing WRIT in High court challenging the termination order.

without the work agreement - contract and company rules it is difficult to give an opinion!
