Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Labour issue
Can an employer fix the basic pay of his employee less than minimum wages? Is this a violation of labour laws under Indian laws?
However the employee is getting gross wages (after including DA, HRA, Conveyance and other allowances) more than minimum wages.
