I was working in canteen attached to a State road transport depot in kerala. Contract for conducting the canteen was renewed every year by public auction. I was working there for the last 23 years. On 1-4-2005 I was denied employment. What can I do?

There seems to be only a contract which was not renewed, and no master employee relationship is established.

Prima facie it seems you dont have a case. Though accurate advice could be given after perusing the relevant papers.
