I was working in a factory registered under Inspector of Facroties and ROC. Initially I was appointed on (18.03.06) a monthly salary of Rs. 10,000/- PM and considering my hardwork and behaviour the company has increased my salary from time to time and my salary as on 01.03.08 was Rs. 17000/- PM. I haven't been issued any appointment letter or any document regarding the increment of salary. The only thing I have is my resume, on which at the time of appointment one of the director had written my salary as 10,000/- + conveyance (i.e petrol allowance). I use to receive my salary thru cash. I use to work minimum 10 Hours per day.
During my service, I have requested the co to pay me the bonus, paid leaves/earned leaves, overtime etc., on several occasions but they have not paid the said amount on one pretext or the other.
Further, I have left the job 03.03.08 without giving any prior notice to the co. due to the abusing and torturous behaviour of the Managing director.
Now I want to claim everything,whichever applies to me under companies and factories act.
In that case, am I eligible to claim my bonus, retrenchment compensation and overtime.

Since you had left the job on your own so it does not come within Retrenchment but you may claim your benefits for the period of your service.
