Legal Question in Employment Law in India
As per labour law,How many days should employee continue work without taking any kind of leave,week off, holiday? We are continueously working 14 days withhot taking any rest. I am working in IT dept in non IT company. kindly suggest solution

Normally, one may be entitled to a day off after six days of full time job.
