whether labour laws are applicable on bank officer.and what are the working hours for Indian bank officer. if branch head of bank pressurize to go late from office or ask for coming in holidays then wht are officers right?

the labour laws are not applicable to an officer but are applicable to workmen not working in supervisory capacity.
