Does there is any law for any new MNC in India to recruite the employees only on the third party pay rolls/on contractual basis till the company establish itself for some years? What is the duration for the company establishment for recruiting the employees on pay rolss?
Is there would be any harm/risk to work with newly established MNC on contractual basis, which is world renewd one ?
