Leave applicability & benefits

Hi

how many days can a company provide as previlage leave, sick leaval, casual leave, medical leave.

for how many days an employee can have benefit if taken before closing of financial leave. how to avail these leaves which leave is payable leave, can we cumulate the balance leave to next year

kindly give me advice as per act and rules of TN Govt. and with proof of copy.

The applicability of Leave Rules depend upon the cadre and category of the employee.

You will need to peruse in details the Civil Services Rules of your Government; and if there is any difficult in understanding or interpretation of any Rule, please feel free to contact us.

There is a full Chapter on "Leave Rules" in the Government's statute governing civil services.

If you cannot lay hands on the book in market, you should write to the Secretary of your department or the Director of Printing & Stationary department of your State.
