Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I m an employee of PSU since 4 yrs, i had applied for LWOP for my further education for one year but due to some circumstances i was not able to continue but i have utilised that period of for doing my previous MBA which i was doing from Manipal university by attending weekend classes and doing some courses and joined company in 6 months .Now my companies HR department is to torturing me submit the certificate and submit attendance and everything .I dont know what to do i have take LWOP and not study leave to submit the certificate.And they are not accepting my Distance MBA certificate and saying that they will consider my LWOP as absent .Plz anyone advice me in this case.

Your HR is correct. The leave granted for doing a specific course.
Pl check with hr what is the consequences in case you give it in writing that you couldn't do the course due to some reasons..if it is not serious, pl go ahead.
