i m a private contract driver in jaypee cement and no appointment with company but company officers gave me order to do duty 4.45 morning to 9.30 pm night by mobile phone sir pls tel is this crime

Dear Sir,

(Civic Centre Bhilai, Durg, Chattisgarh)

You should ideally maintain a log sheet comprising detail of :

1. The name of the Company official calling you to report for duty,

2. Date of Call,

3. the Time In,

4. the Time Out,

5. Start kms,

6. End kms,

7. Signature of Officer

The same should be submitted with your Invoice and an acknowledgement obtained to ensure that you get paid for your services as agreed to with the Company.

It is further advisable to have a contract in writing with the Company.
